We enjoyed our stay in Paris and one of the best parts was staying in this apartment. It was beautiful, clean and had lots of room for all of us. The Metro station is right outside the front door so it was very easy to travel. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Patrick was very responsive when we had questions and was very accommodating.

Gorgeous apartment with everything we needed for a perfect weekend in Paris. Patrick was a fantastic host, very helpful and flexible. There was a little bit of noise from the street (it’s on first floor). But otherwise can’t fault the very luxurious feeling apartment and brilliant location.

We stayed at Patrick’s early April, having taken a risk of booking a brand new listing. We were not disappointed. On the contrary - Patrick’s place was spacious, beautiful and spotless while Patrick himself extremely nice, communicative and helpful. He even organised a travel bed for our daughter, even though it was initially not supposed to be there. The apartment is also on the edge of the beautiful Marais, in a walking distance to all local attractions, museums, landmarks and hundreds of amazing bars, cafes and restaurants, while somehow slightly not tainted by crowds. We will definitely be booking Patrick’s again!

Patrick was an excellent host from the reception to the departure. He was very attentive, and the apartment was always up to par with excellent finishes, decoration, and design. Very comfortable and pleasant to the point that we did not want to leave. Everything modern and excellently maintained with great cleanliness. We will return.
