Nestled within this magnificent two-story residence, you'll discover a spacious and impeccably adorned sanctuary, boasting four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and two dining areas. The allure of an inviting in-ground pool, complemented by five smart TVs, makes it an ideal setting for cherished gatherings with both friends and family. Bedrooms: First Floor: The master bedroom, adorned with a king-sized bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a generous 65" LED smart TV, offers a luxurious retreat for two. Second Floor: The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, and a 43" smart TV, providing a cozy haven for two guests. The third bedroom boasts two full-sized beds, a dresser, a nightstand, and a 43" smart TV, accommodating up to four guests. The fourth bedroom is equipped with full-over-full bunk beds, a chest of drawers, and a nightstand, offering sleeping arrangements for four guests. Bathrooms: First Floor: An elegantly remodeled master bathroom awaits, featuring a separate shower and tub for your indulgence. A newly upgraded half bathroom provides added convenience. Second Floor: A beautifully remodeled bathroom offers a combined bath and shower experience, ensuring comfort and style. Parking: Guests are welcomed to park in both the front driveway and garage, as per city code ordinance, street parking is not permitted. Laundry: Guests enjoy full access to the washer and dryer facilities, ensuring convenience during their stay. Pool: Heated Pool operates from April to November. A heating fee of $80 a day will apply. Heated SPA operates all year around when temperature is over 40F. A heating fee of $50 per day will apply. Please send in a heating request one day in advance as it takes a few hours to heat the pool into the desired temperature. We expect to take payment for heating fee upon your heating request. Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 10pm.
