it was great hospitality with safuan with great place, its 10 min far from burj Khalifa if you have a car , if you will use public transportation you need to walk for 10 min to the nearest bus stop to burj khalifa which 1 station. overall safuan soo supportive and his appt was clean and perfect.

The host was incredible. At a time when I could not get to my hotel due to flooding issues within Dubai. And hotels being full. He allowed to stay at such short notice and at late night. I was thinking I would have to sleep on streets. He was very caring when other hotels refused me as they are full. He allowed me a place to rest after a long turbulent flight. The place is spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom, kitchen unit and outside space is very well maintained. I am thankful to him as he allowed me to stay. But because he is a very kind and respectful host. Very recommended.
