There is nothing better and MORE helpful than when you arrive to your stay earlier than your check in and they are flexible and kind about checking you in early. Broken Wharf allowed my husband + I to check in 1.5hrs early which was VERY appreciated after 11 hrs of travel. The lobby is so picturesque, clean, aesthetic and inviting. The room was exactly as advertised: cute, very clean, small (but I knew that) and was just fine for my husband and I since we did spend a lot of time outside of the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the cafe in the lobby is very good! Here are just a few of my opinions “cons” *lobby scent is way too strong *The elevator is a little tricky to use (they explain this but it takes some getting used to) * The lights in the room take some figuring out (along with the light switches) * No available tv streaming service (this I wasn’t happy about at all) * You’re not able to adjust the ac (we slept with the window open)

Great stay in a super central location! The place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Locke at broken Wharf , we have been upgraded to a very nice room on the 6th floor. This place is ideal for spending a long time in London, just next to the City, I can only recommend it to everyone!
