This beautiful clocktower style villa is located within the Las Atalayas II Community on the tranquil north course side of the famous La Manga Club Resort. The villa is family-friendly with ample living, sleeping, dining and relaxing space throughout. Guests have access to the private plunge pool provided on the terrace which enjoys a South West facing outlook , enjoying the Spanish sunshine throughout the day. Enter the townhouse on the middle level where you will find a family bathroom, two double bedrooms and a cloakroom. Downstairs on the ground level the bright living and dining space features floor-to-ceiling windows, two sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and a dining table. This space leads out through the large glass patio doors to the south-facing terrace and pool area. A fully equipped kitchen can also be found on the ground floor, as well as access to a secure and private garage with space for one car. Please note the property can be accessed up stairs through the garage or up stairs on the exterior of the property. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, one with en-suite. The master enjoys access to a southwest-facing balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or peering at the stars before you go to bed.
