It has been a dream fulfilled for my partner and I to own a hobby farm. Since acquiring this place last Christmas '22, it's been non-stop work from us to make this place as cozy as possible. It still is a work in progress with lots of upkeeping to do in the farm but we feel now (and not tomorrow) is the right time to share it with likeminded guests and to the curious ones how it feels like to live in a farm. We welcome you to our humble abode. 2 rooms open for guests to use. 1st room with Queen size bed, 2nd room with Single bed. Please note that host stays in the property so most common areas are shared and front section of house is only for host’s use.

If you are looking for holiday place sound like home, this is the great idea. Everything you need is here and Kristine was really great communication and quick respond. I pretty sure I will be back if I want to come back to my Koalas again. 😁
Kristine is a wonderful host, she made me feel like a part of her family - not like a guest. Everything is very clean and modern and the kitchen is well equipped. If you want to visit Raymond Island and the koalas - this is the perfect accommodation for you! Bairnsdale with all the shops and supermarkets is also just a few minutes away.
Kristine's place is a lovely home. The listing is for 2 bedrooms in the house so bathroom, living room, kitchen are all shared areas. Place was very clean and tidy and the windows give views into a field with cows. It's a nice rural setting. It is just on a 100km/hr road so you do hear cars as they pass. Also, you need a car to do anything as the house is right in the middle between the larger Bairnsdale and smaller (but oh so charming) Paynesville. 10 min drive either side. Though we did not meet our host, Kristine was very easy to communicate with.
The house was clean and sanitary, and we only stayed for one day because of our own reasons. I hope to come again next time.
We booked 2 nights in Kristine's farmhouse, the house was easy to find, spotless clean, great amenities, and short drive from the Bairnsdale cbd. Kristine is friendly and communicated well. Her instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. We are happy to stay there and would be pleased to recommend this place.
