Absolutely recommend this place. Location- not in city center but within t-ticket zone 3 so you don’t need to pay extra on metro. On line 13 which takes you to Champs-Elysee within 30 minutes and just a few interchange you can get to most of the tourist attractions in Paris. Location is really close to Metro just 3 minute walk, with supermarkets at walkable distance. Safe neighbourhood. Place- the apartment is brand new and everything is very tidy. Sofa, bed, kitchen, bathroom sparkling clean. Bed is just comfy for me and no worries about the bright sun in Paris as you get electric blinds. Kitchen equipped with basic appliances you will need and also laundry bits as well. Wifi is fast. Host- very warm welcomed by Jonathan! He respond so quick and gives clear instructions and also neighbours recommendations to us upon check in. We had a really nice time just like home during our stay, will definitely come back if we revisit Paris! Merci Jonathan!

Der Host war super nett, hat uns schon vor dem Eingang unserer Unterkunft erwartet und hat alles wichtige erklärt, Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, sehr nah an der Bahnstation gelegen, so das man ohne Probleme ins Zentrum von Paris gelangt. Ebenso ist ein Einkaufszentrum vom Apartment nur etwa 400m entfernt. Für einen Städte Trip kann kann ich diesen Host nur empfehlen 👍👌❤️

Je recommande vivement le clos d’Asnières, un appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, situé proche de la station de métro Les Agnettes ligne 13 Jonathan est un hôte à l’écoute et réactif

Jonathan es un excelente anfitrión. Muy atento, siempre que lo necesitamos no demoró en solucionarnos. El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio, en una excelente ubicación a una cuadra del Metro, a 15 minutos de Champs Elysées y a 20 del Arco de Triunfo. 200% recomendable. Jonathan se merece diez estrellas en vez de cinco. Excelente todo

A brand new apartment in Asnieres that looks exactly as depicted in the photos. The building is only a few months old and there is still on-going construction in the area, but nothing obtrusive. The apartment is very close to the metro (ligne 13) - less than 5 minutes walking. Jonathan was a great host and was easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Definitely recommended.
