Sir Mak is a very hands-on host, and provides you with all the information that you need to have a wonderful stay at his place. Place is nice, and has a room good for a family of four like ours.

Really quiet place. Perfect for families wanting to have a quick stay in Baguio. It has a car garage. Nice view of Veranda. Jer is very hospitable and helpful as he received us. Recommended for those with cars. Ideal homebase as its a 15-20 drive (considering the traffic) to Burnham Park and other sights. It’s within 10 minutes if a smooth drive.

The place is around 15 minutes from Burnham park but it is not that hard to access because it will show up on Google Maps and you can easily navigate that way. To reach the house, you have to go up a steep road, which can be a bit tiring for people who are not used to exercise. But, you really don't have to walk up if you don't want to. You can just instruct your taxi driver to go up and drop you right at the gate. That's no problem for them even if the road is considerably steep. The 2nd-floor room given to us accommodated the 5 of us easily enough. Internet was strong on the ground floor where the common area is. The Internet is not strong in the room, though, but you can ask the caretaker to borrow an internet extender and that will solve the problem. The common area includes the living room and 2 kitchens. The room given to us has an ensuite toilet. We also had a small veranda where we had a good view of Baguio's mountains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. A jeepney stop is also near there so no worries about transportation. Aside from that, there are numerous shops and food shops at the bottom of the hill where the house is so you'll easily find what you need. It was a comfortable stay and we are thankful to our host for welcoming us!

Great value for your money. Clean, spacious and cozy. The caretaker was very polite and the owner communicated well with me. I just had a bit of issue with the weak wifi. Other than that, everything was pretty good.
