Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our Granny Suite style Apartment has a private entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, a pull out couch option for a second bed, a washer/dryer and is completely sectioned off from the rest of the home. This brand new suite is located in one of Hyrum's newly constructed neighborhoods. It sits just one mile from Hyrum State Park and a short 15-20 minute drive to the Heart of Utah State University. Private entrance on the west side of the house. Enter into the kitchen from the outide, walk through the kitchen with the bedroom on the right hand side. You can access the living room and bathroom by taking a left.

Our stay was good and price was excellent.
Jonathan was an excellent host, very friendly while also giving us privacy. We staid for almost 2 months. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood in a Valley surrounded by mountains. Not a far drive to Logan for any of our shopping or chores. He was able to accommodate us having a small RV onsite which was super helpful as we travel with a trailer. It was a full in-law suite in their basement and was super bright with lots of sunlight in the kitchen in the morning and lots of natural light in the living room/bedroom side of the house in the afternoons. Internet was manageable for remote work, but was not as fast as we are used to. This is something we made Jonathan aware of and he is looking into it. That was really our only complaint and it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again in the future.

An excellent getaway. Private and pristine. There is a nice "fireplace" space heater in the den. The bed was very comfortable too. A no-brainer for the price.

Quiet, safe, newer development area. Located in a cul-de-sac.
Outside of the winter months, street parking is available. During the winter, there is a sectioned off space on the east side of the driveway for guests.
