This is a lovely place & the beds are so comfortable. Very close to restaurants, public transport & the beach. Our travel was delayed but Claudio was there to greet us & such a lovely gentleman. And the Italian breakfast is very different to what we’re used to in Australia but so beautifully presented. You will feel quite spoilt staying here. Thank you.

Emilianos place was charming and has a great location to the beach and restaurants. Each room had a balcony which was very nice for breakfast. Emiliano was a great communicator as well.

We were there for our son's wedding in Ostia. The flat was perfect for 6 of us plus baby. It was comfortable and we each had plenty of space to relax in the bedrooms. Easy walking distance to the beach and the excellent local bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend Emeliano's apartment for a family visit.

Only stayed one night due to schedule but absolutely enjoyed our stay. the place was great for our family of 5. It was close to the beach and good restaurants.
