- House is located about 15 minutes away from the strip - New, safe and quiet neighborhood - This is absolutely not a party house - Parking is limited to 4 vehicles (ask me first if you have more) - Pool is not located on property. We are able to provide pass to use gym and pool at the Palms Casino Resort (15 minutes away). Please double check their hours. The pass along with instructions will be on welcome table. There are a total of 5 bedrooms. Each room has a queen bed except for the master that has 2. There are also 4 futons inside the house

The location was fine..Cleanliness of the home was not. Baseboards, 3 bags of dirty wash cloths, towels, and sheets left. My father almost fell down the steps due to the strip (couple of them) falling off while walking down the steps. He did send someone out to fix the step and another strip came off..Grill was not cleaned from last guests. Filters were full of dirt…We were not at all happy. We fulfilled our part as treating the home as our own.
Pictures doesn’t do this home justice!! Such a beautiful home very peaceful location and not too far from the strip! The host was very responsive and super friendly! We will definitely be coming back in the future!
