Everything was extremely good. If I go to London again, this is definitely a flat I would like to stay in.

This place exceeded my expectations by far. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well decorated all through. Joanna is a great host, very responsive and helpful . Lastly the neighbourhood (which I never heard of until this trip) is nice with a lot of shops nearby and less than a 2 min walk from the train station - central line. I will definitely return if this place is available !

Joanna is a great host and went out of her way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible. She was really helpful and responsive in her communication with all information before I arrived, especially about local car parking (there is a car park 2 mins walk from the flat) The flat is just as it looks in the pictures with a wonderfully big window in the lounge that opens onto a large terrace. The flat is on South Woodford high street but traffic or noise from the street was never an issue in the month that I stayed there. And it is very convenient for local shops and restaurants and getting into town (2 min walk to the central line tube station) whilst Epping Forrest is also just a short drive away. The flat is very comfortable and had everything I needed for the time I was staying there.

We had a great stay at Joanna’s place. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and all the appliances were easy to operate and clean. Joanna was helpful and easy to communicate with if we needed anything. Would recommend!
