Modern very clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Very easy to find and smooth check in, plus is the possibility to leave luggage safely in case of arriving earlier from check in time and also afterwards in case you check out but your flight is later in the day. Julien and Angie were very friendly and replied almost immediately to any questions we had. And gave us lovely suggestions for eating out. Its situated in a quiet street but very close to the sea front with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and very close to public transport. We really had a lovely stay!!

Good communication with the owner who made it possible for us to check in at 12.00. Unfortunately, the were some problems: 1.) The apartment actually doesn’t have proper windows! They overlook a kind of a narrow shaft with so the only thing you can see is a wall or other people’s windows. You can’t even see a piece of sky so to know what the weather is like. 2.) The other problem is that the “shaft” resonates a lot and you can hear every sound that the other people are making, both in the bedroom and the bathroom. 3.) I booked the apartment for three people (2 adults + one teenager). Even though there was a sofa in the kitchen, there were no bed sheets provided so we all had to sleep in the double bed, which luckily was large enough to accommodate us . 4.) Very poor Wi-Fi signal. 5.) There was only one socket adapter! That means that you can either watch TV, dry your hair or charge your phone! We had to buy an additional adapter ourselves. 6.) Very poor water pressure.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb property offered a mix of positive experiences and notable challenges. The interior was a standout, exceeding expectations with its thoughtful decor and amenities. However, key instructions during check-in lacked clarity, making the process more time-consuming. The property's location in a building with over 50 apartments posed communal challenges, particularly when a neighboring gathering turned into a disruptive party. Limited sound insulation raised concerns about managing shared spaces for a peaceful guest experience. Parking proved inconvenient, requiring a five-minute walk. Clearer guidance on parking options or a dedicated solution would enhance accessibility. Despite these challenges, the host's commitment to interior quality created a pleasant indoor atmosphere, balancing the inconveniences. With improvements in key instructions, noise management, and parking accessibility, the property holds great potential for an even more enjoyable stay.
