Melany and her father were very helpful and considerate. They allowed us to leave our bicycles at their place after we checked out to go to Washington DC and then pick them up later. Melany's description of the spaces was very accurate and we were surprised and very pleased we had are own refrigerator and freezer in the guest area. And yes, the rainhead shower is fantastic.

Great place to stay near DC and Old Town Alexandria. Had everything we needed and was very nice and clean. We heard people walking around and talking upstairs at times, but not much, and it was very quiet after 11:00 PM so had no issue sleeping. Overall would definitely recommend. Great value for the money.

Extremely helpful and responsive, went above and beyond to help my wife and I navigating a completely new location. The best Airbnb host I have ever encountered, would absolutely come back!

Great value (especially during cherry blossom easy in DC) and easy to communicate host. Amazing shower with very nice rainforest shower head. The location is about 10 min drive from Alexandria old town and 35-40 min drive from tidal basin. We stayed with our two dogs for two nights. One thing to note is that the place is not very soundproof. You can easily hear activities on the second floor which generally stopped before 10:30 pm during our stay and we did not find it as a problem.

A fabulous stay that far exceeded my expectations! Very very clean, soft sheets and gorgeous shower. Would love to return !!!
