First and foremost Tim is an amazing host and great communicator. I’ve stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this is one of the best. Great location, great views, comfortable and spacious. Only a few minutes walking away from Palermo Soho while having the peace and quiet of beautiful Villa Crespo. I will be coming back!

This is definitely a very unique place, and you realize that you are staying in someone's part time residence. The views are amazing - if I did yoga, it would probably be a great spot looking out over the city. Unfortunately it was windy and raining during my visit so I wasn't able to enjoy the expansive decks and city views as much as I'd have liked. Timothi has a wide variety of wines available to drink and pay for on the honor system. I've never seen this with any other AirBnB! He also provides a detailed recommendation list for local restaurants and venues. Give it a shot for a different experience in your AirBnB ventures!

Magnificent penthouse apartment with stunning views of the City. Enormous wrap around terrace with views to the river as well as the intereior of the city. Great water pressure, lots of great cooking utensils, high end gad range and oven large refrigerator incredible parrilla on the terrace plants everywhere and a very comfortable bed. One of a kind.

By far, I can say this apartment is one of the best I've ever visited. The view at dawn and the sky during the nights are unbelievable. I think it's a place that you must rent to experience a different point of view of the city. Timothy is an amazing guy, always willing to help with everything. Definitely, I will come back.

Tim was a great host. He sent a curated list of recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The place is one of a kind and having the top floor allows for great views of the city and the stars. I would stay again. Thanks Tim.
