Nanpa is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom house in the parish of St James. Great West Coast location just 1 mile North of Holetown in a gated community Approved for self quarantine purposes. Downstairs is open plan and the outside pool/patio area is ideal for enjoying a lazy breakfast or lunch, lounging in the pool and sunbathing. It is a great social place for pre dinner drinks if dining out or drinks and dinner staying in. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and en-suite with their own balcony Guests have the use of the whole house and pool, there are three bedrooms all en-suite and all air-conditioned with tall vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, there is a double bed in one of the other bedrooms and the 3rd has twin beds. Each bedroom has double doors opening onto its own balcony. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, we provide Hammam beach towels for all guests. During the summer of 2020 the owners took advantage of the quiet time (thanks to COVID) refurbishing and updating the house. The main improvements during this period was the laying of a new floor downstairs and all bathrooms refreshed with new units and plumbing. The house now looks better than it ever has.... the master bathroom has also had a complete rebuild of the walk in shower, a great improvement. Nanpa is only a few minutes away from the beautiful west coast beaches, if you look at the Glitter Bay hotel or the Royal Fairmont hotel, we are basically across the road from these two lovely west coast properties. The beach here is where the Lone Star restaurant is located. If you don’t fancy going to the beach then you will be very comfortable staying at Nanpa for the day, the spacious open plan downstairs leads out to the outside dining area and private pool, relaxing is easy on the comfortable sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge freezer with built in ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods!), microwave, toaster, alternative drip-feed coffee machine and all other necessary equipment. There is also a larger communal pool on site and a tennis court which we provide rackets and balls to use. There is also a table tennis table in the clubhouse, we provide bats and balls for this facility too, you’ll find these in the cupboard under the stairs along with a couple of boogie boards. Relax on the sun beds by the pool or on the beach and grab a cold Banks beer from the fridge... happy days .
