The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful, well-kept beach and the picturesque village of Sissi. It has 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, a 50 m² swimming pool. *Please note that the villa does not accept groups under the age of 24. 5 nights min stay , 7 nights in Jul/Aug *With the new Greek climate crisis law for the end of resilience in 2024, your host will be obliged to charge you €10 per night in climate tax. This will be paid by credit card upon arrival. The villa is divided into 2 levels. Entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious living & dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms witrh double beds that can be converted to single beds and 2 bathrooms. In the basement is a bedroom with one doulbe bed and a spacious and beautiful bathroom.
