Titiwai is a stunning, architecturally designed, unique space set in 50 ha of a gated, native conservation estate. This tranquil home is stylish and contemporary, celebrating many designer features, furniture and fixtures from local artists and craftspeople. Large sliding doors open the back and entire front, creating indoor/outdoor flow onto extensive decking which steps down onto landscaped native gardens, seating and bush tracks. The views of the coast, offshore islands are breathtaking. There are two large bedrooms with King beds and wardrobes. A bunkroom has two king singles. The main living space is open plan. Two identical bathrooms grace each end of the home.

This is a beautiful property. Gorgeous views, lovely contemporary home in a peaceful, private location. Beds are super comfortable and Fi was lovely to deal with. The invitation to help yourself to kitchen items or garden produce was a welcome touch. We hope to be back
Titiwai is the most beautiful restful space. The view is breathtaking and the bush setting so serene. The home is really well set up with everything you need as well as completely private with no neighbours in sight. We saw and heard abundant native birdlife. There are lots of local sights to see beach, fresh water rivers, springs and waterfalls. Fi our host was super helpful. I will definately be back for a longer stay next time.

My name is Fiona Anderson. I have a Masters in Education with a counselling qualification. I teach Biology / Science. I currently reside In Newstead / Matata. I create one off Ngati Fifi reversible skirts and large botanical paintings which I sell at festivals, markets and trade fairs as well as work at a Health school. I Iove people, creativity, painting, art, fishing, biking, yoga, tennis, travel, adventures, the journey and quirky interludes.
