Greta location and spotlessly clean
Wonderful location- central to so many restaurants and cafes.
Propr always has very beautiful apartments. We definitely enjoy staying with them.
This property would have had a 4.5 star rating from me had it not been for two major things. It was beautifully decorated and was a really comfortable stay. However, the cleaners let the place down as there was hair everywhere. I hate finding hair in showers, carpets, headboards etc as it really changes my impression of a place. I was also extremely frustrated to not be able to watch television or use the wifi as it was down the entire time we were there, except for a few 15 minute episodes when it did work. It was disruptive and unfortunate - the owners sent people over but the problem was never resolved which was a great pity. Overall the place is beautiful and definitely worth it if they can fix the two issues highlighted.

Green Point lies between the V&A Waterfront and Signal Hill. With the Atlantic Seaboard stretching along the shimmering coastline to your left, and the working harbour and cusp of the city centre to your right, you are nestled in the middle of a truly unique urban space.
It is a perfect location from which to access the popular Cape Town beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay; and Sea Point’s popular promenade which makes for an interesting early morning amble or late evening walk to view the locals and the sun setting over the sea.
Green Point is aptly named, with lush parkland linking the city to the sea. It exudes a village feel with narrow villa-lined streets, and a dazzling array of bars, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and stylish shops lining the buzz of the main road, with the magnificent Greenpoint stadium dominating the skyline.
Lions Head (a great hike with 360 degree views of Cape Town) and Signal Hill (a perfect sunset picnic spot) are just behind you.

Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area.
A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is nearby. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village.
The red open top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing bus stops is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds.
