Place was very sparsely furnished. Furniture was uncomfortable and a bit stained. The kitchen lacked utensils - forks, knives, pot holders, basic kitchen items. Lacked laundry soap, garbage bags. Location was good and view was spectacular. Was warned there could be parties in event hall on roof. 3 parties during our 9 night stay. Music was loud, floor felt like it would cave in ceiling. Did not feel the price was equivalent to what was advertised. Inside a very old building, thin windows. Very nice bathtub in bathroom, but could not use due to lack of plug to fill it up.
This was a great space for our family to gather for the Easter holiday. The location was central to everything we needed and the views were gorgeous every morning. Added bonus was the 24 hour valet so we did not have to worry about parking the car after a long day. Also, no stairs/a single level unit was excellent for the elderly in our group. Large rooms. Lovely, clean bathrooms, ample seating in the living room. The Roku TVs were great for keeping up with our shows. Be aware that the bell in Independence Square right outside the window does toll every hour and it is loud but did not disturb our sleep. Beautiful kitchen for cooking meals but you may have to supply some things to support your gourmet desires. Overall, wonderful stay and experience. We will keep this location in our sights for our next Philly stay!
A very nice apartment walkable to all the attractions and many restaurants, it’s very close to the Bell so if you are sensitive to noise bring your earplugs, otherwise a great stay!

Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?
On-Street Parking
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two.
A parking lot across the street charges about $25/day.
Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.
They are plenty of paid long-term parking options nearby too. A good resource is the online parking locator.
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using uber or lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!
