Katy and Vincent's place was perfect for our visit to Paris. Situated in the 11th Arrondissement within an easy walk to three different Metro lines, we were out of the craziness of the city center with access to everywhere we wanted to visit. The neighborhood has all the conveniences you will need for a short- or long-term stay. The apartment is airy and spacious, on the third floor, accessible by an elevator. Everything is modern and comfortable. Vincent was extremely responsive, answering any query very quickly. They created a very well-made little booklet with maps and clear directions to all the neighborhood stuff you may need; restaurants, boulangeries, markets, pharmacies, hospital, etc. This in addition to a nice selection of Paris brochures and guidebooks. They even have power adapters in case you left yours at home. Vincent greeted us in person on arrival (they live across the hall), helped us with our luggage and said goodbye when we left. It was a very pleasant stay.

Staying at Vincent’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with lots of cafes boulangeries supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris.

Katy and Vincent’s place was wonderful! It truly met our needs for our time in Paris and we had a smooth and pleasant stay. They were exceptionally responsive during the whole time. We were able to check-in early and were welcomed by Katy at our door to show us around the apartment. I had a few questions during the stay and they had quick and clear responses. They even pulled together recommendations of things to see ahead of time based on what we told them we liked! The location of this Airbnb is excellent for any visitors to Paris on holiday! There are many great restaurant options, a grocery store, bakeries, and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. It’s close enough to easily and quickly take the metro into the center of Paris, while being far enough that it’s much quieter and calmer than the center, perfect for returning to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you to Katy and Vincent for a great stay!

A beautiful classy apartment with everything we needed. We felt safe and secure, Vincent welcomed us and suggested a great app to use. They provided adaptor plugs, towels, hairdryer, and an equipped kitchen area. Water was always hot and plentiful for showers and toilet had a good flush. They had leaflets and maps to create a fantastic visit. Location excellent with 3 close by metro stations. As 2 mums with 2 16 yr olds on our first break away together we had the best time and would recommend and return. Thank you Vincent and Katie.
