Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It’s 5 mins from Auburn University and across the street from the Auburn mall. This house was built in 2012 in has a full kitchen and dinning table with a full laundry room . Beside the kitchen on one side of the house is master bedroom with private master bathroom. On the other side of house and also down stairs is living room , and one bedroom with crib/toddler bed . Depending on what you prefer to have we can change it to what you need. Beside it is a hall closet , full bathroom and linen closet guest may use as needed. Upstairs has two bedrooms. One with double and the other a queen bed , both rooms have desks one has tv with dvd player. Then one full-size bathroom they must share. We have a front porch with a swing and couch as well as a patio table you may use. We have a side patio out the French doors off the kitchen we use the most since we park around back of house. The tv in living room and master bedroom use Roku. Small tv with dvd combo in toddler room. We have GameCube and Nintendo Wii U that you are welcome to use . If anything is damaged we will charge the cost to replace what’s damaged. Please be careful. Master bedroom has secretary desk and printer . We have a full kitchen fully equipped with everything and a laundry room you may use. We live in this house daily so please remember that and treat it as you would your own .
