Our stay at Sergio's place in Mancora was exceptional. As a family of 11 with two toddlers, the five-bedroom setup was perfect. Sergio's hosting skills shone through, from arranging airport transfers to recommending a local surf school. Providing cribs and dining chairs for our toddlers was a thoughtful gesture. Chana and her team provided an outstanding culinary experience; their friendliness and ability to whip up delicious meals were highlights. Communication with staff is mainly in Spanish, but Sergio converses fluently in English. The location is secure, offering direct beach access, right on the surf break, and a short walk from downtown Mancora. Despite other reviews mentioning noise, our Christmas stay was peaceful. Be mindful that only three bedrooms have air conditioning, which is key in Mancora's humid climate. The unconditioned rooms have fans but can get warm. Would love to stay there again!

Paradise in Mancora! This property exceeded our expectations as far as amenities, location, cleanliness, and overall experience. The staff was wonderful and each meal was exceptionally made, every lunch was like eating at a 5 star restaurant! We loved our time here and wish we had booked longer. It was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space to spread out and could easily accommodate more. We can’t wait to return! Gracias Sergio!

This was one of our families favorite stays. We are already thinking about coming back next year. The pool is great for kids as there is a large portion that is shallow, while leaving plenty of room for big kids as well. The lounging area is very comfortable. We found ourselves there after a meal on many occasions. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. In the afternoon there are rock formation that appear when the tide goes out that are great for kids to explore. While on the beach you can easily flag down someone to take you horseback riding. Surfing is also very popular and there are many places to take lessons. Or you can just find place to sip pisco sours. Chana the chef and Katya the house keeper are incredible. Chana’s cooking is next level Peruvian classics. Although we did find some great restaurants we all looked forward to lunch at home. Katya was very sweet with our children and left our rooms very clean and organized which was wonderful to come home too. 10/10

Incredibly high quality stay and service! Sergio was very communicative from the start and arranged a taxi to bring my to the complex. The house was incredible with million dollar views, interior and property was definitely better than the pictures. Chana (chef) and all staff were also amazing and kind.
