Enjoy tranquility in our new Tiny House located on a rural mountaintop ridge, offering amazing sunsets! 400 sqft, two-story mini haven boasts an upstairs loft with 2 queen beds, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, cozy living room & panoramic windows offering awe-inspiring sunsets. We are a scenic 18 mile drive from Yosemite's South entrance, 10 miles to Bass Lake and approx 14 miles Sugar Pine Railroad. Features include all modern comforts, an outdoor grill, deck, firepit and high speed Internet! We are approx 18 miles fr Yosemite South Entrance (37 +/- mins), 10 miles fr Bass Lake (27 +/- mins) & only 8 mi (12 +/- mins) to Oakhurst w/ grocery, restaurants, shops etc. Roku TV (must login to your own accounts) Please note this is a rural area and very dark at night. Also please note while higher ceiling downstairs it is a tiny home. The upstairs sleeping area does not allow you to stand fully upright but bend as you walk around. WINTER WARNING: We MAY have some snow during December through March and if so we do REQUIRE CHAINS and 4WD to get to the property. The surrounding areas including Oakhurst and Yosemite may also require chains if snow is present. To be earth friendly we do not provide paper towels but we do provide dish towels and a Swedish cloth to pick up messes and napkins. Due to the size of the tiny home we have a much smaller water heater. Please keep this in mind when doing dishes or taking showers. It is best to separate both tasks to make sure that there’s enough hot water in the tank at all times. Please do not let water run for extended periods. Main property driveway entrance starts as a steep driveway but quickly levels off. It is a two way private driveway. We are at the top of the mountain ridge. You will drive up the private driveway and pass 2 (two) homes to the left, make your way up the right side driveway to the top of the hill where you will find a house under construction. Turn right past the that house and you will see the tiny! While there are other homes nearby please note the general area is fairly dark. Due to close proximity to Yosemite National Park, wildlife includes deer, turkey, mountain lions and bears are known to inhabit the surrounding areas. There may also be wild plants and/or poison oak due to rural mountain setting. Please be mindful and cautious. While we don’t anticipate our guests to run into larger wildlife please keep this in mind
