Excellent stay. Good location close to the beach and town. Felt right at home and very comfortable for a long term-stay. Nice outdoor space and the pool was an added bonus. The host was very accommodating and helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

This place was affordable for the West side. The hosts were very good on communication & helpful suggestions. The house was very clean, simple, uncluttered. It is w/in 15 min walking to the beach of Smith Barcadere. It is w/in 20 min of the 7 mile beach. And that's why you go to the Caymans: the beach. The MBR had a comfortable foam mattress. The pull out sofa was comfortable too, which was a huge plus as so many are really bad & can't sleep on them. There is a private patio w/drying laundry racks too, convenient for your personal beach towels. Just know that chickens/roosters roam the entire island; which means they can/will crow near your bedroom from 5am on. The kitchen was very sparce of equipment & condiments/spices. It is expensive in the Caymans & I would suggest grocery shopping go to Cost.U.Less & for sure do the bioluminescence night trip and the sting ray city. Those are a must when you are there. We for sure would return to this place.
