The beach is only 100m away, major shopping centre is across the road, short walk to Star Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre, restaurants & shops. Public transport to arts, culture and entertainment venues. Huge infinity pool & sun deck with loungers, a shallow toddlers pool, plus BBQ facilities & 34th floor rooftop pool & spa. This luxurious sky home on the 24th floor boasts incredible 270-degree views from the ocean to surfers to the hinterland via an impressive horseshoe balcony that surrounds the apartment. A true 3 bedroom having a king, Queen and 2 single beds, 178 square meters of living space. Located centrally to all amenities, being 2 minutes from Woolworths at the Oasis Centre, having Breakfast, lunch and dinner options available and surrounding you at ground level. Rated 9.7 for location on Booking. Com, this is truly the best location for Broadbeach. The apartment is managed independently, however you can take full advantage of the resort facilities on offer, with your fitness being taken care of at the substantial gym [don't forget your gym shoes. They must be worn] and a large horizon pool with a heated kids pool on the 4th floor. Which also has BBQ's, family rooms and grassed outdoor facilities Not forgetting a heated spa with plunge pool and Sauna at the very top of the building on the 34th floor affording the most spectacular views of the whole area. The Apartment is air conditioned and has a fully functioning well equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven, as well as 2 bathrooms with showers and free toiletries. The Laundry includes washing, drying and ironing facilities. Your entertainment needs being well looked after with a flat screen tv and Foxtel package, which includes movies, sport and kids viewing as part of the deal. It is a 4-minute walk to the beach and convention centre,7 minutes to the casino and 11 minutes to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Popular points of interest near the Wave accommodation include Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and The Star Casino Gold Coast. The nearest airport is Gold Coast Airport, 17 km from Wave Broadbeach Luxury 3 Bedroom Apartment . Other exciting features of the general area, like fishing, theme parks and hinterland sightseeing can be easily accessed by an excellent transport service, public and private. This is our guests' favourite part of Gold Coast, according to independent reviews. Getting Around For guests travelling via train, take the G-Link Light rail to the Broadbeach North stop. Uber and Taxi services are readily available throughout the Gold Coast and the building is located around 30mins from Gold Coast Airport. Scooters, mopeds and hire cars are all readily available in the local area, and Pacific Fair or the Pacific Ocean are only a 10 minute walk from your apartment. Important Note: The underground parking allocated to the apartments has a 2.1m height limit. All you could want in a Gold Coast accommodation, the views are unreal and the location is perfectly set amongst restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
lovely view of both the city and the ocean. great location with Woolies just across the road, short stroll from well known restaurants, cafes, etc and also the beach. Pacific Fair shopping centre is also very accessible being only minutes drive away.
Hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive. The property itself had a beautiful outlook and overall great space within walking distance to Pac Fair, Convention Centre, Beach, local restaurants and cafes. Limited cooking utensils in the kitchen and found some of the blankets in the cupboards were dirty.
Apartment was lovely. Views were fantastic. Beds were comfortable. There is a parking space. Loved the location with its proximity to shops, restaurants, pacific fair, beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Apartment is well located in Broadbeach. The photos are outdated though & whilst it has potential the space needs some tlc. The building is very tired/run down and some facilities were out of order (E.g sauna and gym equipment). There is instruction to leave barbecues ‘sparkling clean’ or pay a penalty but all those we saw were already dirty and had food residue on. The apartment glass in many places had child handprints and smear marks, and there were some stains to carpets and curtains - overall cleanliness could be addressed. It would also be helpful to receive all check in instructions at once, rather than a message 3 hours after check in time when we’re already exploring the area to say we must send a photo of our car in the car park or risk it being towed. Could be a great place to stay but does need improvement to elevate it.

Broadbeach is the main spot on the Gold Coast for fun family activities and entertainment, good food and wine, and surf beaches. It's the best base from which to explore the Gold Coast, as it has fantastic travel options, such as the light rail, which connects to the train line, and buses heading out in all directions, as well as cab ranks, Ubers, and rental car options.
Head north to the popular theme parks, or inland on a winery tour in the surrounding hinterland, or visit the Q1 building in Surfers Paradise, which is the tallest building in the southern hemisphere, or enjoy a canal ride through the Gold Coast waterways.
The local cafés, restaurants and shopping precincts are all near this building. There is plenty to keep the family entertained with pristine surf beaches across the road, trams and buses nearby (taking you to Surfers, Southport, GC airport, Brisbane, etc), the Star Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre, Pacific Fair shopping centre (one of Queensland's biggest and best shopping centres) and the Oasis Shopping Centre.

You can walk everywhere from this central location, you also have the main Broadbeach tram (light rail) and bus station nearby. The light rail and buses can connect you to the Queensland rail line which takes you express to Brisbane, and Brisbane airport. You can also book a shuttle bus transfer to and from the Airport with Skybus. They will pick you up and drop you off conveniently to your accommodation.
There are taxi ranks nearby at Oasis Shopping Centre and Pacific Shopping Centre, and elsewhere, and there are plenty of Uber cars serving the area too.
For car rental Pacific Paradise Rent-a-Car is only a 500m stroll, or they can deliver and collect from outside the complex.
