Absolutely excellent place to stay in Rome. Incredible location with so many shops and restaurants around. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. All the amenities as promised, and she even set up a crib for us which was so helpful. Because it’s a bustling neighborhood it is loud at night but in my opinion it is worth it for the location

Contact with Sabrina was great, she responded to our messages efficiently. The apartment is well-kept and atmospheric. Additionally, it is perfectly located - a few steps from Piazza Navona, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The only minus is the noise from nearby restaurants, so remember to take earplugs :) For us, it wasn't a problem because we wanted a good location ;) We recommend Sabrina!!!

Nightlife and history lovers, Sabrina is an ideal host for your Roman holiday! The flat — one floor above lively bars and clubs with audible street noise until 4am on spring weekends — was perfectly cleaned, and the TV connected to streaming accounts, but our only desire for a longer stay would be more towels, kitchen tools, and more condiments like oil. Sabrina’s communication was the best — when we noticed the utensils provided were made by Rostfreier Stahl in Germany from 1933-45 with tiny swastikas, something the 16 reviewers didn’t notice, Sabrina understood my concern, and showed me that she replaced them. Before our stay, she offered to book our airport transfer; you may prefer Uber Black for a newer vehicle with leather seats. Sabrina’s fully-remote check in/out is ideal for slightly flexible plans outside the required 10:00/15:00 hours, and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours and pick it up at 12:00, the reason we booked this. Just be respectful of the neighbors!

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome, with all the amenities you need. Clean, comfortable and spacious inside. Sabrina is a great host providing clear instructions for check in and check out and quickly responded to any questions. The location is amazing, next to lots of bars and restaurants and in walking distance of all the big Rome sites! It is quite noisy at night, but it’s well worth it to be in the centre of everything!

Sabrina's apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our vacation of three adults and two children (ages 5 and 13 months). The location is in the heart of Piazza Navona, with the piazza about 100-150 meters away. That being said, the location, with its restaurants right below the apartment, lend itself to increased city noises. While it may seem loud the noises did not wake a 13 month old or 5 year old. I cannot speak enough of Sabrina's communication and responsiveness. Sabrina offered and arranged for transportation to and from the airport to the apartment, and, when coordinated ahead of time, allowed us to leave our luggage the extra 1.5 hours between check-out and our van to the airport. Sabrina was nothing but helpful, responsive, and gracious in her communication. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to immerse themselves into Rome, especially being walking distance of many historic sites.
