I stay at a lot of places and this is truly one of the best. Great location only minutes from downtown but plenty of local restaurants and grocery with easy parking. The apartment is super cute and modern, nice bedding and top notch kitchen. Kudos to the housekeeper because it was spotless. This is my third trip to Seattle in the last few years. This is where I will stay again.

My mom, sister, and I had a wonderful stay at Vince’s place! The location is fantastic - walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants, shops, etc. and in a beautiful & quiet neighbourhood. The place is extremely well equipped and absolutely spotless. Communication with Vince was easy & the guidebook he provides was useful for all things check out, check in, house details, etc. The only thing that we all felt wasn’t great were the beds & pillows; we all found them to be uncomfortable & quite warm as the mattresses were foam, but this could just be a personal preference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Vince’s place!

Vince was a fabulous host and the house was perfect for my needs. I needed a peaceful get-away from work and this was perfect for that. The location was perfect, the accommodations were perfect, and the home was brilliantly appointed for my needs. The place was spotless, easy to access, bright, everything was new, comfortable, and easy to use. I will 100% stay here again on my next visit, if it’a available.
