I stayed here with a friend and we totally enjoyed it. Thank you for the lovely accommodation! The studio loooks exactly like in the pictures. It has everything needed. It was close to everywhere important to us, but most important to the beach and bus station. We even came home few times during the day from the beach to take a nap and for work related reasons (I was asked to urgently follow up on smth remotely and the internet was great). It is neat, clean, tidy, comfy. I slept on the sofa bed and it was really nice, my friend on the single bed and was equally happy. 5 star and I totally recommend! The communication with the host prior to this was also great. She advised us to take earplugs and we didn’t even use them.

I visited Lloret de Mar and booked Nicoleta's studio. Very nice place, right in the center of the city, 3 minutes walk from the main bus station, 6 minutes walk distance from the beach. With lots of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores in the area, the studio does really worth the money and could easily accommodate 2-3 people. Highly recommend it, we will definitely come back.

Les points positifs sont que l'hôte est très réactive à chaque demande avant d'entrer dans le logement. La communication est très facile. Le logement est donné propre et tous les commerces et activités, ainsi que la plage, les restaurants sont a proximité. La personne qui nous reçoit ( n'étant l'hôte ), est très arrangeant notamment pour le départ qui doit se faire à 12h, mais ayant eu problème (voiture en fourrière), je ne suis parti qu'à 15h. Les points négatifs sont que les voisins sont extrêmement bruyant, impossible de se reposer correctement. Le canapé est extrêmement inconfortable, et je ne me serais pas vu dormir à deux dedans. L'autre lit est beaucoup plus confortable mais très court, si vous êtes grand ça en devient très inconfortable. Et pour se garer c'est un calvaire, en pleine saison j'imagine que c'est encore pire. Et dernier point, la porte pour accéder à l'immeuble est très difficile à ouvrir ! Par chance j'ai pu chaque fois trouver quelqu'un pour m'aider.

The accommodation is located quite central , close to several restaurants and within 2 min walk from the bus station. The host was quick at replying, and the description matched the property. Down points: - even though it says “no smoke policy” there was a strong cigarette smell in the studio which unfortunately we didn’t manage to get rid of even after airing the room couple of times - we booked the property for 3 people , there were only 2 set of towels - the 2nd blanket was very thin for January , so we had to improvise to make sure one of us at night isn’t cold -all the above issues have been mentioned to the host , but from my understanding as she wasn’t physically present in the town at that time and relying on her friends , she couldn’t manage to find someone to sort these issues. Otherwise it might be a good and cheap choice for a summer break . The property had most of the basics required such as an iron , kettle , hob , fridge , a fan (for the summer period).

Malgrés le très bon emplacement en plein centre qui a était le seul point positif du séjour, nous avons passé 6 jours dans l’appartement avec nos deux enfants de 6 mois et 3 ans, la Clim ne faisait pas chauffage nous devons nous chauffer avec un poile à gaz. Chauffage dans la salle de bain qui ne marche pas. Le matelas du lit marron ne donnais vraiment pas envi de s’y mettre et inconfortable pour dormir le canapé pareil , la chasse d’eau cassé et le frigo qui coulais .. de l’humidité dans l’appartement, la baie vitrée était trempé jour et nuit. L’eau chaude venais et partais .. pas sûr de pouvoir prendre une douche chaude dommage
