The 3-level residence was built in 2009 and it is located 2 km from the new town of Monemvasia, 4 Km from the old byzantine town and 150m from the sea. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 unsuited bathroom with shower cabin, kitchen,a/c, Satellite tv, Netflix, wi-fi internet and 3 balconies with sea view. We offer for free two bikes. The house has a very large colorful garden with various plants according to the Mediterranean climate and an outdoor shower. It is just 150 meters from the sea. It is very roomy, cozy and comfortable. It gives you the sense of liberty with its unlimited views. The house is spacious. All its areas are air-conditioned, while each bedroom has its own bathroom and an unlimited view of the sea. On the 1st level is the kitchen with all modern equipment, the living room with TV and Netflix and the dining room. On the 2nd level there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. On the 3rd level is the loft with a semi-double bed and office space. All levels are connected by an internal stair. Free parking in the garden.

Nikos house is amazing! Fully equipped, great location if you like remote places with the sound of the sea, the wind and an incredible sky to watch from the balconies. We fully enjoyed our stay and can just recommend it

Very nice surroundings, beautiful view. Nikos' mum welcomed us and took care of us with great kindness. We enjoyed our stay very much and we highly recommend it.

5 Stars are not enough. Actually the house is bigger than it seems on the pictures. Nikos mother welcomed us warm and showed us everything. She is a very nice lady and by the way a good cook. She lives at the groundfloor. Nikos was always available for any questions and helped us to find the best beaches, tavernas and to buy some oliveoil. The house was spottles clean. You have your own entrance and the whole 1st and 2nd floor of the house. We were just 2 people, so we could choose between two nice bedrooms with attached bathroom. There is an aircon in each bedroom on the 2nd floor and one in the livingroom. Every single window is equipped with insectnets. The kitchen is better equipped than ours at home. :-) There is really nothing they can improve, because the house and the area is perfect. Its located in a very quiet area, there are no direct neibours and you have direct beachview from the livingroom and the bedrooms. The small city Monemvasia is just 2 km away and there is one bakery and one tavera in 5 minutes walking distance. The next nice beach is just 5 minutes away by car. We are looking forward to come again one day!

Wir waren eine Woche Gäste in einem sehr komfortablen und hell und freundlich ausgestattetem Haus. Das Haus liegt traumhaft an einem Hang mit Blick direkt auf das Meer. In ca 200m Fußweg befindet sich am Ufer eine Leiter, so dass man auf die schnelle mal eben Schwimmen gehen kann. Um das Haus herum findet sich ein wunderschöner Garten. So konnten wir zum Beispiel frische Feigen vom Baum pflücken. Nikos war jederzeit bei Fragen telefonisch erreichbar, obwohl das gar nicht nötig war, da seine sehr gastfreundliche, sympathischen sehr bemühte Mutter vor Ort war und uns alles erklärt hat (Wo ist der Bäcker? Strände?etc.). Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt; es war eine wunderbare Woche für uns!! Einfach perfekt. Also, Nikos, noch einmal herzlichen Dank, auch an deine Mutter !!, für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland, Thorsten, Ulrike und Mattis! P.S. A really perfect place to stay near by Monemvasia. It could not be better!

The house is located in a very quite place among olives trees and very near to the sea. The east orientation of the house gives to the visitors unlimited views to the big blue of the Aegean Sea. At 200 meters there is a bakery and a pharmacy and 1,5 km is the closest super market. For swimming we recommend the rocky small gulf just below the house, where in the summer there is a pool ladder for easy access or Ampelakia sandy beach, ideal for families in five minutes by car.

Although the house is only 2 km from the new town of Monemvasia and 100 m from the central road, there is no public transport. So we suggest visitors to have their own car or bikes.

Hi! My name is Nikos and I am a Professor of Marine Meteorology. I studied Physics and Meteorology and I am an associated researcher at the National Observatory of Athens. I am also an instructor of Modern Marine Meteorology Seminars. I am married with Yiotta and I have two children. I like to travel, reading history books, jogging by the sea and watching the stars at night with my children though our telescope.
