Das Äußere der Unterkunft macht einen unangenehmen ersten Eindruck, wenn man die Wohnung noch nicht betreten hat. Lobenswert war, dass der Check-In früher als beschrieben möglich war, war aber nicht so sauber, wie es beschrieben wurde. Unter der Schlafcouch lag ein Schnuller, was hätte vermieden werden können. Pro Person gab es ein Handtuch, aber es gab kein Handtuch fürs Trocknen der Hände im Bad und das Bad hat Renovierungsbedarf. Eins von zwei Zimmern hatte befleckte Bettwäsche, was ein totales No-Go ist. Vollständig saubere Bettwäsche ist Grundbedarf. Auch waren die Fenster teilweise schlecht zu öffnen oder undicht, wodurch es gerade im Badezimmer und in der Küche kalt wurde. Dafür gab es Heizungen in den Zimmern und alles andere hat so funktioniert wie es sein soll. Die Lage ist enorm gut. Egal wohin man wollte, es war in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein teilweises Mitverschulden an den genannten Problemen, da wir sie nicht direkt kommuniziert haben, da der Aufenthalt nur kurz war.

Peash a été un hôte très réactif, gentil et arrangeant au niveau des horaires. L'emplacement de l'appartement à Whitechapel, à moins de 10 minutes de plusieurs métros et 2 minutes à pieds du bus, tout peut se faire en transport comme indiqué ! Cependant, la propreté du logement laissait vraiment A DESIRER. Les draps sont tâchés avec des grosses marques jaunâtres, les coussins aussi, les rideaux plein de poussière, le sol collant, la salle de bain sale, les plaques de cuissons impraticables, fuite dans la chambre en rentrant le soir d'on ne sait où, les radiateurs étaient très bruyants et goutaient, la porte d'entrée cassée ainsi que le miroir à l'intérieur. L'appartement ne vaut absolument pas son prix, et nous avons été vraiment très déçu de la qualité de ce dernier. Malheureusement, le logement a été le gros point faible de notre séjour.

Great central location, however not a very nice neighbourhood, but this was reflected in the price. Safe enough, but just a dirty area. Pros - The property was centrally located and had everything we needed. Price was good and this is due to the location and the overall condition. Cons - The front Door to the apartment would not lock despite the key turning. This is the door within the building and not the exterior door. Did not really have any valuable left there, so not a major concern but needs to be fixed. Had rain throughout the night and work up to water dripping down from the smoke detector onto the end of the bed which made it all wet. Cleanliness OK, however hard to keep a tired old Flat clean when it is not in the greatest condition to start. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in London where you only really need a bed, ideal. If you want to stay somewhere that you will be staying inside a lot, i would not recommend.

Basic but clean. Good value for a stay in London. Close to a lot of public transport to get around town. Walking distance to Whitechapel gallery, Spitalfield market, Brick lane etc. Good pakistan restaurants in the block as well as supermarkets. The host met us to let us in although we arrived pretty late.

Appartement qui a bien répondu à nos attentes, proche du centre ville. Communication avec le propriétaire facile et rapide. La personne qu'on a vu n'est pas celle de la photo mais peut être son mari, et il était très disponible dès notre arrivée. On a bien dormi. A recommander pour toute visite de Londres en quelques jours.
