Lovely location. The view of the garden is priceless. Very quiet and well equipped. No wet kitchen, like announced. Great staff. Only thing was that the place felt unclean, dusty, stains, and a strange sewage smell in one of the bathrooms. Though the place must have been cleaned before our arrival, but the place needs a deep clean of beds, sofas, everything.
Place was good although it didn’t meet description. Eg- stove and pressure cooker(mentioned in the ad) has shown in the pic wasn’t provided even after constant discussion with the host as well as the caretaker. Constant loss of water and electricity. On calling the caretaker as requested host there was delayed response. Caretaker called me back asking why are u repeatedly calling my number even though the issue wasn’t fixed. Lot of run around for getting an iron box, dusty carpets, unclean bathroom corners, broken light fittings. Although the apartment is quite spacious, good open park view from the windows, condition of the apartment could be uplifted as per the price quoted.

The service here was some of the worst we’ve ever experienced on AirBnb. You’re basically made to feel like a nuisance and treated passive aggressively by everyone from the owners to the staff. Simple things like, “can we get an iron?” Or “can we get some more toilet paper?” Or “where can we get laundry done?” Are seemingly soo difficult that you’ll be ignored and/or treated passive aggressively. The location was great. The pictures look great. But the place doesn’t really live up to them. Particularly the bathrooms. It was fairly clean but again bathrooms weren’t amazing.
