Guter Wohnkomplex mit Swimmingpool und Fitness. Im Schlafzimmer hört man aber den Verkehr ziemlich laut und Vorsicht vor Kakerlaken (ist aber üblich in Thailand). Cattareeya ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat Fallen für diese aufgestellt.

The best part of this place is the building it’s located at. Excellent amenities. Gym, library, jurist to deal with your packages. The staff working on the building are super good.

Pros: - Nice library/coworking space - Not far from the centre of Bangkok - Washer - Good WiFi - 7/11 on the first floor Cons: - The place looks better in the photos. The whole place looked weary and the kitchen was not clean (we had to wash the microwave and other kitchen stuff). The apartment needs renovation. - The photos say 30 meters pool, but you can swim about 20, the rest is decoration. Also, the pool was not clean all the time. - Constant noise from the road behind the window. Not recommended for light sleepers. - No towels, that's good we had ours. - The biggest issue is that the hostess agreed to help with the TM30 form for visa extension but each time we ask her she answered she'll try later. In total no TM30 form was provided. We waited more than a week and found another solution for the issue, what a waste of time.

The condo itself is great, friendly doorman, has a 7/11. Not much to do or see in the area except chatuchak weekend market. Area is very residential. The apartment could be better cleaned. The kitchen floors are a little sticky, and everything in the kitchen was grimey and had brown stains. There is no kettle provided, only a huge water boiler that was placed way too high up that also had stains. There was also random leftover food in the freezer, leftover ice cream, half a pack of opened ham etc. Was just a random assortment of stuff w sticky packaging that looked like leftovers from other guests before us. Extra pillows and bolsters were very yellow with no covers. Blanket given is small, enough for 1 only. Apartment lacked very basic things - there was not even hand soap. For a 4 day stay, only given 1 roll of toilet paper. Dustbin in toilet had no bag, dustbin in balcony was spoilt. No dustbin in livingroom, very inconvenient. Drying rack also rickety and barely usable
