We just spent a magnificent weekend with our family at Janine's beautiful home. We were here during this season four years ago and were not disappointed. The weather was perfect so permitted us to be outdoors on the water with our kayaks. We also enjoyed the abundance of water fowl and funny squirrel antics from the upper deck. Morning walks included a count of the beautiful deer in this community. On one two-mile walk we counted 52 deer! The kitchen is amazing and well appointed permitting numerous chefs to prepare their best. Thank you for providing such a family friendly vacation opportunity.

This is a perfect rental on LLBJ. The house is great and lends itself to hosting large groups. I suggest you stock up at Marble Fall's HEB.

A wonderful warm home with up to date amenities, large bedrooms, great beds, clean and fluffy lines / towels - lots of pots and pans to cook with. Host were very responsive and answered questions right away! View of the lake could not be better and dock at the lake was perfect!

Very nice home with plenty of space. We came to TX for a wedding originally planned for May, then rescheduled for September due to COVID. We really appreciated Janine’s flexibility with our changing schedule. We only cooked one meal, but the kitchen had everything that we needed. Also bathrooms were supplied with hair dryers and shampoo. We really enjoyed the time we had to sit out on the boat dock and watch the activities on the lake. The lake view is amazing.
