There were a lot of things that I enjoyed about my weeks-long stay here. The location is great. The Black Sea's seen from the room, and you can often hear the waves crashing. There's some construction seen in that view, but the amount of water visible remains extensive. As for that construction, the noises that it created were not bad at all, especially when I had the door to my balcony closed and earphones in. If you're an aviation enthusiast, you can easily walk to a viewing spot for planes landing and taking off. (No airplanes were heard in the room.) You can also head north and walk along the water all the way to the city center. The hosts were great, responsive and helping whenever possible. (Note that they're off-site when it's not during the day.) The price when I stayed in December was great, but it went up significantly, like 50% more, in January although free breakfasts accompanied that price increase. (I left then so don't know if the breakfasts were worth that added cost.)
