Centrally located on a quiet street in Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood of East Vancouver. A couple blocks from Hastings St. with grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, pharmacies, city parks, and more. 20 minute walk to Commercial Drive - aka The Drive - with shopping, restaurants, and groceries. 12 minute walk to PNE Park where Playland Amusement Park is. 10 minute drive to Downtown or 20 minutes via express R5 bus, which stops just a couple of blocks away and takes you to SFU as well. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a closet for hanging clothes, a luggage stand, and a night stand with small drawers. Beneath one bed is a slide-out drawer and in one bedroom there is a five-drawer dresser. The 50'' Roku Smart TV is set to guest mode, where guests can access their own subscriptions and add apps from the Roku Streaming Channels Store. There is free content and live TV on the Roku channel but no cable TV. The kitchen has an induction hot plate, fridge, freezer, slow cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, Keurig coffee machine, and drip coffee maker.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean, which I really appreciated. It was also very affordable compared to other options in the area. The host Leithen, was friendly and helpful. The place had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and reliable high speed internet. The location was awesome, close to attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. Overall, a perfect spot for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!
This is the perfect place. Great location, quiet space, comfortable beds, super clean and walkable to parks and great food. Street parking was also easy to find out front. I would definitely book here again.
Leithen was an incredible host!he was being always taking care of us as his family! We felt like one more in that house! The house is great and the service Amazon! Really high recommended!

We had a comfortable stay at Leithen's home. The accomodation was small, and the kitchen facilities were limited (as indicated in the ad), but we had what we needed to manage. The flat was a bit noisy. Everything was very clean. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was pleasant. It was in a quite residential area, but had access to a good grocery store, and was close to an express bus straight into downtown.

Free street parking directly outside. Note however that, due to the fair at PNE, street parking directly outside is limited to vehicles registered to this street from August 19th until September 4th. However, during this time there is free street parking 1/2 block west on Kamloops St.
A couple blocks away are bus stops for the R5 (express to downtown and SFU), 007, 014, 016.
5 minute drive to Highway 1 for quick access to the North Shore, Squamish, Whistler.
