The subdivision has 24/7 security, a clubhouse and a nice lap pool (P200/person fee). A caretaker live in the attached suite but no worries as none of the rental space is shared and you will have your privacy. She can be handy as if you need a helper during your stay, you can request her services. The property is about 5 min drive to the airport. The entrance has no steps for easy access for those who are using strollers and wheelchairs. The rental space has spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is newly renovated with the addition of digital built in electric oven and induction stove. If you need to fry salted fish or anything that requires big frying, we have an outdoor stove/oven - you can ask the caretaker for assistance. There is a porch and garden where you can also hang out. Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
