Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space close to all the trails in Columbia, especially close to the Katy Trail. We have kayaks on site for use as well. There are caves nearby and biking trails. Room for rent is the King bedroom with en suite bathroom on the entry level floor. Owners live on the basement level. The entry level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms on the entry floor is occupied.

Kat was helpful, nice and responsive. We were visiting for homecoming after graduating a few years ago. We checked in later than planned but Kat worked with our plans and made things easy!

In Nursery Heights Neighborhood filled with 20's to 40's aged families who generally hang out on their driveways and chat at night. Lots of community to be had and tons of nature trails near by from easy level hiking to mountain biking. Kayaking less than 20 minutes from the house as well. Columbia is a college town with amazing restaurant options and night life. This is a more quiet family oriented neighborhood with patio drinking allowed. This is one of the safest areas in Columbia.
University Of Missouri Health Care 6 miles, Boone Health is 9 miles away, 13 min drive to the Mizzou stadium.

We are empty nesters in a big house. We love to hike and explore all the wonderful things Columbia has to offer. Let us know if you would like some recommendations for hiking, food, or great places to party with your college student. Let us know what your favorites are too! We have two kids that don’t live with us, both in their 20’s. We also have one cat named Cleo.
