Charming 18th century home in Ardeche. Surrounded by nature, the house is located in the hamlet of Fayet (close to Sanhilac, Montreal, Largentière, Rosières) This is the perfect place to have wonderful time with family or friends, to rest or to enjoy several activities throughout the year ( hiking, mountain bike, swimming in Beaume or Ardèche rivers, kayaking, Canyoning, mushroom picking, etc.). The house has been renovated by our late grandfather. We usually enjoy it with the whole family during the holidays and welcome guests ( the entire house is reserved for you) The house is a perfect destination for families and friends that want to spend their vacation in the beautiful Ardeche region. It easily fits two families of four. It's rustic, but everything is available. Good single and double bed, all te equipment you need to spend quality time. In summer months you go and cool off in the rivers nearby.

We had a great short stay in Fayet. The surroundings are stunning. It’s such a haven of tranquility in the middle of nature. You do need a car to get around in the neighborhood. The house itself is very big. Sure, it’s rustic but everything works. The beds are great and all amenities are available. We loved the fireplace in the kitchen and living room, so cozy. At this price it’s such great value for money. I don’t know where you can easily stay with 6-8 people elsewhere. The contact with Thibault went very smooth. He doesn’t live at the property but the next door neighbor was the one that welcomed us. We are definitely coming back in summer.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison typique d’Ardèche! Ce lieu est parfait pour s’évader de l’agitation quotidienne et se reconnecter avec la nature. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la forêt et le ruisseau à proximité. Nous espérons revenir bientôt. Merci pour l’accueil sympathique!
