We love the area that Jana’s home is in. Private, great for walking or biking, near some of the best restaurants and a little market. So easy to run into Key West for lunch. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was cozy and inviting, morning coffee and breakfast on the covered deck was a favorite. We were able to dock our boat right out back. The hot tub was a plus and we took naps in the hammocks too. Plenty of living space, nice kitchen and the beds were very comfy. If we needed Jana she was just a text away and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time there and look forward returning.

Wonderful stay!! Perfect for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was very spacious. The hammocks, hot tub and bikes were a great plus. The owner was a pleasure to work with too! We look forward to staying again in the future.

This home is everything you need for the keys. Jana is an amazing host. They have tons of cool stuff at the house like paddle boards and corn hole. We stayed the entire summer of 2022 and wish we could have stayed longer. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a keys getaway!

This house was exactly as described. We absolutely loved our stay and there were even 4 tiki bars within 6 minutes and a GREAT restaurant within 2 minutes (Square Grouper) and Key West was only 35 minutes away. We also learned there is a bus stop right across the the street from the main drag that goes into old town Key West for $4/per person. Jana was incredibly responsive, definitely the most responsive host I have had with AirBNB, too! Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed at this property for a little over a month. It was just my husband and I. The booking process was completed after communicating with Jana. She was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Each time we reached out to her she resolved our issues quickly. Since we arrived a bit early we asked if we could check in early and she made that happen for us. The house is fully equipped with all the vacation necessities. The washer and dryer were very convenient to have especially being gone for 30 plus days. There is one bike, paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. There is a hot tub which is nice to have in the evenings. The house is located on the canal so I was able to enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking. We enjoyed the canal lights at night. They didn’t seem to want to stay on long. My husband brought all his own fishing gear but there were a few poles if you wanted to fish in the canal. There are lots of species. We rented a boat for a week from Joe at Cudjoe Key Boat Rental which was a must. Cudjoe has everything you need within a short distance! Post office, banks, grocery stores, restaurants (many great ones) and bait and tackle stores. We ended up having our groceries delivered from Publix during our stay. We ventured to Key West a few times to experience the nightlife and great shopping. The restaurants are wonderful!!! Broil, Thirsty Mermaid and Mangrove Mamas were our favorites. The house had 3 bedrooms with the master having an on-suite bathroom. The only thing is turn the sink on to the hot water before you get in the shower. The on-demand hot water is in the basement and it needed a boost getting to the upper lever. The neighbors kinda stay to themselves. The only thing was they have 2 dogs that loved to bark This was the first time staying in Cudjoe and have fallen in love with the location. We will definitely be back!! Jana and her husband were great!! We highly recommend.
