Janith is friendly and inviting, despite not having AC he went out of his way to try and source a portable unit for us. There's security cameras so you also feel safe. The one thing im not sure if will suit everyone is another outside in the back garden where Janith had tenants, we would of been grateful to learn about this before staying as it was a slight shock when a man walked through the drive way. It's about 45mins into town via tuk tuk placed in Malabe, and when relaxing on the pool you have unblocked views and peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of Colombo. Would recommend to stay here, just make sure you're okay with a slightly warming living area. Other than that, great space and great host.

The place is incredibly big and spacious. Janith is a thoughtful host with great communication and response time. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Minor setback was some dirt in places like kitchen and bathrooms. Natural linen for beds would be also appreciated in the climate.

Great location and property. We were initially planning to stay for a few nights but decided to base ourselves from the property throughout our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka. Janith was very helpful and accomodated us and was proactive and easy to reach. The pool was awesome, my kids enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend.
