A newly renovated apartment located in the authentic westerpark district and within walking distance from the famous Jordaan neighborhood and always lively Westerpark. This newly renovated apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with a sitting area, tv and a cosy balcony. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO KITCHEN ANYMORE! If you want to experience Amsterdam like a true local this is the place for you! Ideal for couples and families! The apartment is located on the second floor, so some typical Amsterdam stairs are unavoidable. It includes a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with a sitting are and a cosy balcony. furthermore it includes all basic amenities needed for a great stay, like wifi, a kettle, coffee machine and tv! FOR FAMILIES THERE IS A SOFA BED IN THE LIVINGROOM AVAILABLE THAT CAN BE TURNED INTO A BED FOR ONE OR TWO CHILDREN.

Notre séjour chez Richard et Tomer s’est très bien passé. Richard a été disponible et réactif lorsque l’on avait besoin. L’emplacement est idéal, le quartier calme mais animé le soir. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût ! L’accueil se fait facilement avec les instructions données par Richard, c’était tout simplement top !
Richard was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. His place looked like the pictures. It may be difficult to climb the narrow steep stairs with big bags, but we managed with small bags. The apartment had everything that you need for a comfortable stay and is close to the public transportation.

Really lovely place - just as described - best bed I’ve spelt in - many fantastic places to see in walking distance - tram stop 2 mins away on the line to the museums - bars and restaurants in abundance - Ann Frank House is a must and very emotional - thanks to Richard for being a fantastic host
Was an absolutely lovely apartment with easy check-in and such kind hosts! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We found everything in amsterdam very accessible from it, and Richard was incredibly quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to stay in a peaceful area.

Along with its regular exhibitions, markets and festivals, the converted Westergasfabriek gasworks contains indie shops, eclectic eateries, an art-house cinema, a brewery and a dance club. Nearby, the Museum Het Schip is the focus of a residential area of red-brick Amsterdam School buildings.
You will find tramstopsde wittenkade en haarlemmerplein within a 5 and 10 minute walk from the apartment. From here you can take the tram further into the city center and to most city hotspots

Hi, i'm a 45 year old interior designer from Amsterdam. My name is Richard Vink. I’m married to Tomer We live in the lively "Staatsliedenbuurt" in Amsterdam. We love to travel and after using Air B&B for years while travelling we've now decided tot share part of our apartment with others as well.
