Inspired by the lighthouses of New England, this custom designed home is a perfect relaxing getaway for a family or small group of friends. Newly renovated, this home is nestled in tranquil Woods Hole on a secluded one acre lot and conveniently located with easy access to all parts of Falmouth including beaches, restaurants, attractions and island ferry service. Walk to serene Quissett Harbor for beautiful ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Grill, lawn bocci, croquet and cocktails await! Situated on the highest lot at the end of a private cul-de-sac, you'll enjoy the privacy of your home away from home. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with plenty of back and side yard is ideal for a family to spread out and run around. If you prefer a cozy gathering space, choose from the comfy wicker couches on the back deck, or the soothing rocking chairs on the front porch, or perhaps you would enjoy the smell and crackle of the fire pit from your reclined adirondack chairs on the bluestone patio. With one king bed in the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms each with queen beds all on the second floor, three couples can easily enjoy their own space. Both full baths are also located on the second floor. The third floor a.k.a. the "Crow's Nest" has a single bedroom with two twin beds and is the cool place for the kids to hang out.

Wonderful stay at Andrew's cottage! Very easy house, spotless with everything you need including appreciated kitchen supplies, games, volleyball net, fire pit, extra beach towels, soap... Beautiful surrounding and properties all around. Very easy commute to Falmouth or Woods Hole. The only drawback is the proximity to the main road to Woods Hole. We had not anticipated the noise from the cars but it is not Andrew's fault... With closed windows and AC on you don't hear a thing though. Thank you for having us. We hope to return!!
Unique home in Woods Hole. Incrediblely peaceful and great for our work trip!
Super comfortable couches, perfectly equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms with what seems like a limitless supply of hot water, dishwasher, clothes washer and two showers all at the same time and no one was frozen out! Great sheets and towels and I’m pretty sure I slept on the Tempur-pedic bed. Great backyard with a fire pit and our awesome host left us a s’mores kit and a bottle of wine! Rip roaring fast Internet, a smart TV and lots of places to catch up on work were greatly appreciated. We will be back!
Andrew has literally been the best host I've ever had to interact with! The house was amazing and he was very accommodating to our requests!
This place is brilliant! Worth every penny— from amazing kitchen with all the appliances to a great and comfy living room to a lovely back porch, jacuzzi tub, balcony and stellar air conditioning, this space is an absolute yes for anyone wanting to be close to woods hole and well taken care of. Book this place, yes!

This house is on a quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of Woods Hole Village and the beginning of Quissett Village. Beautiful Quissett Harbor is a short walk where you can enjoy a 10 minute hike to The Knob for beautiful ocean views and spectacular sunsets. You can also spread your blanket, sun bathe and swim at two different beaches while you're there.
While Quissett Harbor is an easy walk, there are no sidewalks in the neighborhood so visiting other places including Woods Hole Village and downtown Falmouth are best reached by car or bicycle.
