Having been to Villajoyosa before and stayed in a hotel ,our stay in the apartment gave us the chance to relax more in our own personal surroundings with the most beautiful view of the sea . Francisco was the perfect host ,nothing was too much trouble and managed our painful mistake of leaving our own keys in the apartment whilst we flew home . Which are now on their way back to us 🤣 Thank you again ,we will definitely be returning to your beautiful town soon .

Super Lage! Das reicht alleine schon. Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Bett aus, der kleine Balkon reicht zum Frühstücken. Die Kommunikation war etwas holprig, Antworten kamen kaum oder spät, zum Abschied erschien niemand zur Schlüsselübergabe, so dass wir diesen schließlich an der Tür stecken ließen. Alles andere war unproblematisch, außerhalb der Hauptsaison kann man auch sehr nah umsonst parken.

A nice, basic beach-front apartment with a cool terrace area for dining but there is some noise from the busy restaurant downstairs. PROS Stunning view of beach and sea from the bedroom. You are literally 20 seconds away from a great beach! The apartment contains a very nice outdoor dining area which is protected from the sun The host was responsive when we had a problem with the key The apartment is more spacious than it looks in the pictures CONS There is a busy restaurant below the bedroom window so expect noise until after midnight There is no aircon in the bedroom, only in the main living room area. It can be very hot in summer. What you see is what you get! Don't expect any added extras. We had to buy salt, soap, cleaning products, shampoo etc The decor is a bit dated and could be modernised The host let us in but did not offer any tips or guidance whatsoever on the locality Overall, we had a good stay but the lack of aircon in the bedroom was a major factor when trying to get to sleep. Also we arrived hungry and thirsty after a long journey but there was no bottled water or snacks provided so we had to find a supermarket. Hosting skills could be improved.
