Nuestra estancia fue espectacular, con una ubicación perfecta que combina tranquilidad y exploración. La cercanía al río permitió a mi mujer salir a hacer deporte por las mañanas. El apartamento, en un rascacielos de cristal, ofrecía vistas impresionantes, perfectas para admirar el amanecer mientras trabajaba. Aunque no usé la piscina, estaba impecable, como todo el edificio. Abundan excelentes restaurantes en la zona, muchos recomendados por nuestro anfitrión, lo que enriqueció nuestras comidas. El anfitrión fue excepcional, ayudándonos en todo momento, incluso guardando nuestro equipaje por un retraso con el coche alquilado. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar por su confort, vistas y la atención del anfitrión.

We loved our stay! The condo/ apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location for walking/ running trails and tons of restaurants bars
If you want a really cool place to stay ...and in town .... then this is the place for you. We could walk everywhere without any problem. There were restaurants and bars all around the building so you need not worry about things to do. Great place ...i will stay there again!!!!
The unit was well appointed, and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood had plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and we did not rent a car for our entire stay. The rooftop pool was where we spent a lot of our day, and it was very convenient to have the bar\coffee shop in the building's lobby. We had a great stay.

Historic houses turned into charming, vibrant bungalow bars and restaurants reign supreme in the Historic Rainey St district, the increasingly popular tucked-away street in downtown Austin. Day or night, you’ll find relaxed bar-goers strolling from bar to food trailer to bar again, often with their dogs in tow looking for a kicked-back sip and a delicious bite.
It's easy-peasy getting around this Rainey St location! The area is extremely walkable to everything Rainey has to offer. Every bar, restaurant and food truck park is minutes away. There are ample electric scooters available nearby. Rainey St is also home to iconic bike cabs. You can even walk easily to the well-known, eclectic Austin East Side. The main freeway gives easy access to driving to anywhere else in Austin. We strongly recommend parking via valet at the building. Paid directly to valet $40 a night, or $20 for a day stay.
