Welcome to our Airbnb listing - Room # 2! It is a private bedroom with two twin beds + 3 mins walk to bus stop; 7' drive to Go Train; 10' to Pearson Airport, Humber College, Uni. of Guelph, Woodbine Casino; 1/2 hour bus ride to Kipling Station. + Steps to amenities: Grocery supermarket (Bestco), banks (CIBC, RBC, TD), restaurants, etc. + Comfortable stay with a (shared) full kitchen (essentials & spacious dining area) & laundry in the building. Yours is one of the three bedrooms in the basement of a corner lot bungalow in West Humber, Toronto. Located in the back of the house, it would be a perfect place to enjoy solitude - without getting distracted by what may be going on outside. You will have your own bedroom, with your own desk & chair and wardrobe. There are two twin beds available in the room so bring your family member, friend or colleague (extra guest fee applicable) as needed. If yours is a one-guest booking, though, please kindly use the one bed with the bedding ready and do so consistently throughout the booking period - much appreciated.
The hospitality is very perfect, the hosts are friendly and nice, they always help with any question with a smile and understanding, the rooms are clean and spacious. Even when it's freezing outside there is boiling water, there is always a place to prepare hot food, the kitchen is clean and tidy. Just a pleasure and pleasant, highly recommend!! The price is reasonable and the place is beautiful near the river, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. everything is perfect.
