Had a nice quiet stay at Felix’s place. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. Great value especially considering it was around the eclipse. There was a strong smell of marijuana smoke coming from next door, not the host’s fault and I could see he was taking measures to try to mitigate it, but just something to be aware of.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our son has sensory issues, and the neighbors were so kind and gracious when he woke up early. The location was fairly quiet. The price was right. Only negative was that we had to buy toilet paper because there was just the one roll (we were there 4 days). However, the flip side is that there were plenty of cleaning products and all the basics a kitchen would need during their stay. Really enjoyed the washer and dryer in the unit!

Great place to stay I will be using it again.. if I had a problem I was able to text him to ask questions and got a response with in seconds..
