This place is as described in pics so far as the accommodations. It is, however, right at the foot of the main bridge in and out of Ocean Springs. If you are a heavy sleeper, then you will probably be okay with the constant flow of traffic. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs will help. It is cool being over the water, and we enjoyed sitting outside. It is NOT a bed and breakfast if that is what you are expecting. The room has a downward slope as you walk from the door to the far window. It is clean, and Karen is responsive.

We had a quick stay and loved the view from the balcony while drinking coffee. Loved the restaurant as the food was fantastic and then onto a concert. The bed slept comfortably and selected due to location, view and a check out time of noon was important for us.

Beautiful and what we were hoping for. Bed was comfortable and had a great view and awesome deck to walk out on and use. If you like seafood, they have a restaurant right below. Despite that, it’s not loud in your room or anything. We loved it
