Logement idéalement situé (arrêt de bus tout près, mer à 20 mn à pied (ou 5mn avec les vélos) , quartier très calme et très charmant, commerces utiles à 50 m, parking gratuit dans la rue) , très joliment décoré (style vintage, ça change un peu du "tout Ikea") et parfait avec sa terrasse et sa véranda pour profiter d'une météo agréable; si vous avez un chien et/ou des enfants vous y serez très bien ! Nick a de petites attentions pour ses locataires et fait en sorte qu'ils passent un bon séjour, je recommande absolument !

The place is spacious and in a quite residential locality with easy access to supermarket (just 120 yards). It is very well maintained, and is nicely adorned by the indoor plants. Also, ideal to enjoy in summer in the back of the property to relax in the balcony/flat roof. Nick was also proactive in sharing the useful information about the property, and offers a number of handy amenities such as a bike etc., with free access. A personalised welcome message was also thoughtful on his part.

Nick ist ein wirklich hilfsbereiter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber ! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - ruhig, dennoch alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen, wie z.B. Supermarkt, Park, Wald, Hundespaziermöglichkeiten, Strand (zu Fuß ca 25 Min. mit dem Rad höchstens 10 Minuten) Nick verleiht kostenfrei zwei Tandems und ein Fahrrad, unkompliziert, steht bereits im Haus.

Had the best stay at Nicks place in Oostende! Great location, and access to really fun tandem bikes! Nick is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend for a group of family and/or friends !!

Nick is a very friendly host ; excellent communication. The appartement is spacious and very functional ; very very clean. It is not that far from the beach - around 25 min walk - and very close to the exit of the city if you want to go visit Bruges or Gent. Highly recommended
