A stone's throw from the town center and the lake and in direct proximity to the ski resorts of Gerardmer (Nordic and Alpine), La Gouléote is at the heart of a green setting offering calm and typical scenery of the Vosges mountains. It will seduce you in summer and winter where many activities will be accessible to you. As a couple, family or group, La Gouléote will certainly be the scene of an unforgettable stay. Covering an area of 200 m², the house has: On the ground floor: a fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a dining area with a large table (12 people), a living room with flat-screen TV, a bistro-style table football, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), 1 separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower with washing machine and dryer. The living space gives on one level to a terrace of more than 60 m² facing south with jacuzzi and a panoramic view of the mountain. Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (2x90x200 beds, i.e. king size 180x200), a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath and spa shower, a large dressing room. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a private balcony. In the basement: 1 separate toilet and a garage for 1 VL or several motorcycles, bicycles and mountain bikes. All with a warm and modern decoration at the same time.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Tischkicker und der Whirlpool bieten das besondere Etwas. Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und die Betten hatten eine gute Qualität. Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine größere Couch bei vielen Gästen wünschenswert, aber dennoch OK. Der Blick von Terrasse und Wohnbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus hätte während unserem Aufenthalt etwas wärmer sein können. Cedric und Olivier haben immer schnell reagiert und bei Fragen geholfen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très belle maison à 7 personnes et un chien. Un magnifique séjour, avec un accueil et une hospitalité extraordinaire ! Très bon séjour à Gerardmer dans un environnement agréable . La maison est bien pensée et le jacuzzi avec vue à beaucoup plus , aux petits comme aux grands ! . Les échanges avec Olivier et Cedric se sont très bien passés.
Tres agreable maison, belle prestation, Olivier est toujours disponible si besoin.
Séjour agréable dans maison spacieuse et joliment décorée…bien placée et au calme. Prévoir une petite laine pour le matin car limite niveau température dans la maison. Sinon la cafetière n’était pas celle indiquée dans la description.
